Abayomi Mighty has vehemently condemned the recent killing of 16 Fulani travelers in the Udune Efandion community of Uromi, Edo State. The victims who were en route from Rivers State to Kano for the Eid al-Fitr festivities were reportedly attacked by a mob following false accusations of kidnapping.

Abayomi Mighty described the incident as a profound act of inhumanity against fellow humans, emphasizing that such brutality has no place in a civilized society.

He further went ahead to call upon security agencies to swiftly identify and apprehend those responsible for this heinous crime. Adding that without justice there cannot be peace. He stressed that failure to act decisively could embolden others to engage in similar unlawful behavior, further endangering societal peace and security.

In his statement, Abayomi Mighty urged communities across the nation to exercise restraint and avoid taking laws into their own hands. He stressed the fact that mob justice often leads to the loss of innocent lives and exacerbates communal tensions.

Expressing his heartfelt condolences, Abayomi Mighty extended his sympathies to the families of the victims who were tragically killed. He prayed for comfort and succor for the bereaved families during this difficult time.
